- Identify emerging price shifts before they show up in comps
- Combine public records with spatial context in near real time

Plotwise is an automated real-estate analytics platform that continuously ingests public sales data, enriches it with geospatial context, and delivers interactive, map-based insights for decision-making.

I’m a Technical Product Manager and Data Analytics Leader who turns complex data into clear, actionable insights. I’ve led agile analytics teams to support HR strategy, created dashboards to encourage data driven decisions, and streamline reporting pipelines.
